BOOKING OPTIONS

There are 3 options to book a ringo ride with Loch Lomond Leisure:

Option 1: A WATERSPORTS ‘TASTER’
Option 2: A WATERSPORTS ‘EXPERIENCE’
Option 3: A WATERSPORTS ‘SESSION’

WATERSPORTS ‘SETS’

This option is suitable for small groups and individuals:

A ringo ride will last around 30 minutes for each participant. 30 minutes is the total time on boat and typically this would be 5 minutes to prepare equipment and 20 minutes on the ringo.

SINGLE VISIT

Watersport tasters can be purchased to use on a single visit with pricing as follows:

MULTIPLE VISIT

Watersport sets can be purchased in bundles.

A reduced rate is offered for bundles and these sets can be used over multiple visits:

NOTES

Bundled sets will be valid for 12 months (from the time of purchase).

The maximum group size is 6 persons per boat. (Individuals and small groups may be mixed together).

Your Ringo booking will include boat, instructor and equipment

A buoyancy aid will be supplied for each participant and must be worn

A wet‐suit is not included but will be available to hire for additional cost of £5 per person

WATERSPORTS ‘EXPERIENCE’

This option is Suitable for private bookings and large groups:

A watersports experience will last for 45 mins, 1, 2 or 3 hours. (Longer sessions are also available).

A watersports experience is when you book private use of the boat and pay an hourly rate for the boat.

A watersports experience means that you have the flexibility to try out different activities such as water-ski, wakeboard and ringo.

A watersports experience will be suitable for small groups who prefer to have a longer booking and to have private/exclusive use of the boat.

A watersports experience will also be suitable for large groups and multiple boats can be part of the same session and additional activities such as kayak or SUP could also be provided. (A rotation system would be used for large group bookings).

The list price is £150 per hour (per boat) and large group bookings can be priced on request.

On arrival you will be greeted by a staff member from Loch Lomond Leisure and asked to complete some basic paperwork.

Next you will be issued with a wetsuit (optional) and buoyancy aid (compulsory).

After changing there will be a very short walk to the boat and you will be introduced to the coaching staff who have been trained and licensed by the British Water-ski and Wakeboard Federation (BWSW)

At this point all participants will receive a safety briefing and first timers will be given a quick ‘land lesson’ which makes it easier to communicate the basic techniques.

Taking all of this into consideration we ask participants to arrive on site at 30 minutes prior to pre-booked start time and failure to adhere to these guidelines could result in the loss of some or all of your allocated time-slot.
